Subject description

The systematic and comprehensive phonics program makes sure students can read and spell well. Using the award winning Reading Freedom workbooks, students cover phonically regular words that can be sounded out as well as sight words which cannot be sounded out such as ‘was’ and ‘said’. Once the basic reading and comprehension skills are at a good level students are able to move into the English program.
