Terms, Conditions and Fees
The overall structure of the tuition centre is formed around the student, the parent and the tutor. It is understood that this tuition process forms a triangle.
- The tutor will provide learning in a strict and focused learning environment. The student who focus on content in class work and homework assignments. The parent(s) role is busy; ensuring their child goes to classes and keeps encouraging their children to complete homework.
- The tutor will provide understanding at the foundation levels in literacy and numeracy. Then each individual child will be extended to more difficult exercises in both class and homework.
- A typical term is considered as 10 lessons NOT the calendar 10 weeks. if the parent advises of the absence within a 24 hour notice, then the child can be given a catch up lesson during the next weeks. Why? because there is 10 weeks of planned content to be covered to help gain mastery the full 10 weeks must be covered in class and with homework.
Fee Payments for new students
Students pre-pay a two lesson fee to guarantee their place in the class for the next term.
Payment of fees are;
- 1/2 term payment or
- full term payment or
- weekly/fortnightly-- by arrangement with the Principal.
No written reports
There is no need for written reports. Parents will have regular verbal feedback from tutors and will have a clear idea of content. As class workbook and completed homework assignments will show improved results at school as we lead your child towards success.
